GROWING - SKILLS PERMACULTURE / HORTICULTURE

A series of 6 Saturday classes to give you the skills and knowledge required to design, manage and grow our own permaculture vegetable garden.  A LOW cost course for people thinking of employment or a  career in Horticulture.  Great skills for the would be gardener to gain the fundamentals for further study.

READING AND WRITING

This course is for people with an intellectual disability to assist them with reading & writing techniques.

CAFE BARISTA BASICS

(ACFE funded) (GST exempt)

Designed to give participants the basics to work in a cafe, you will learn the basic knowledge to provide customers with a better coffee experience and to indulge in the delight that the perfect coffee provides.  While taking part you will get hands on experience using a coffee machine.

VISUAL ARTS - TEXTILES

Gain practical skills and knowledge in textiles and weaving! You will be encouraged to develop your creativity and technical abilities as you build confidence and proficiency in the making of 2D and 3D tapestry art, including drawing your design, colour patents and texture.
