NATURAL HEALING AND SUPPORT
Meditation, healing, support and discussion group

The aims of our group are:
To promote and use natural healing energy
To meditate as a group
To practice complementary healing arts
To offer support to promote inner peace and wellbeing
To provide a safe, warm and friendly environment for those who seek comfort, company, meditation, relaxation—healing.

AGE STRONG
Strength and balance program using resistance & weights, designed for older people. In partnership with Peninsula Health. An assessment by a Physiotherapist is required. "Strength is for Life". Attend one or two sessions per week during school term.
Who will benefit? Older people who do not exercise due to low confidence, fears of falls or chronic health problems.
Langwarrin Community Centre is part of the Agestrong Network, a group of local health professionals and leaders working together to increase safe and suitable strength and balance programs for older people in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region.
Starts: Wednesday or Friday

YOGA 
Tutor: Sheryn
Suits beginners to intermediate levels of yoga. Includes yoga postures, gentle stretching, relaxation, breathing and meditation. Enhances well-being and a sense of calm, increasing flexibility and strength, improving self awareness and connecting more deeply within.
Please feel welcome! Sheryn is a qualified Yoga teacher and is registered with Yoga Australia. (Booking is essential)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slow flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthens the body and helps in confident ease of movement.
