COMBAT KAI

Combat Kai will be returning to Langwarrin Community Centre in 2019. First class back beginning in Term 2, will be Monday evenings on the second Monday after the school holidays - Monday 29th April 2019.  For Kids and adults alike!  Combat Kai is a mixed martial art session that has numerous benefits - Builds strength, confidence, self-esteem, respectfulness, self-dicipline, cooperation, teambuilding and much more.

To provide a safe, warm and friendly environment for those who seek comfort, company, meditation, relaxation—healing.

AGE STRONG

Strength and balance program using resistance & weights, designed for older people. In partnership with Peninsula Health. An assessment by a Physiotherapist is required. "Strength is for Life". Attend one or two sessions per week during school term.

Who will benefit? Older people who do not exercise due to low confidence, fears of falls or chronic health problems.
Langwarrin Community Centre is part of the Agestrong Network, a group of local health professionals and leaders working together to increase safe and suitable strength and balance programs for older people in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula region.

Starts: 06/02/2019 - Wednesday or Friday 
(no sessions on Public Holidays or School Holidays)

Cost: $6.00 per person

Suits beginners to intermediate levels of yoga.  Includes yoga postures, gentle stretching, relaxation, breathing and meditation.  Enhances well-being and a sense of calm, increasing flexibility and strength, improving self awareness and connecting more deeply within.  

Please feel welcome!  Sheryn is a qualified Yoga teacher and is registered with Yoga Australia.  (Booking is essential)
