HOW TO ENROL - We have transitioned to QK Enrol    

FAMILIES who are already registered with our service but have not yet ENROLLED online VIA My Family Lounge  - Click here for instructions 

**Please note: You must use the main email address on your account with us. It will be the email address that belonged to the primary enrolment contact in 2017 and was the 'User Name' automatically generated for you to log in via My Family Lounge, when we transitioned to QK enrol last year .  A different email address will not work.  If you are not sure which email that is, give us a call and we'll let you know.**  Thank you

Your child/ren will only be able to attend if this has been done  - **Bookings from last year WILL NOT roll over in to the following year

NEW FAMILIES Register for My Family Lounge (MFL) in 3 Simple Steps 

Step 1

NEW families to this service who HAVE used My Family Lounge before with a different service and already have an account, go to Step 2!

NEW families to this service who have NOT used My Family Lounge before, click on the REGISTER button above on the right.

Create your My Family Lounge(MFL) Account .

Step 2

Logged into your MFL account, Click 'Start' or 'View' your child's enrolment 

  • Ensure you select the relevant service/s - top left 
  • Click 'Save' - as you go just in case you lose your internet connection (nothing worse than having to start over!) 
  • Complete or Update all information including any permanent bookings 
  • Upload immunisation records, medical action plans and/or custody orders- must be attached and current to commence and/or continue care.
    Medical plans must be valid for the whole school year, be signed and dated by a medical practitioner and be renewed each year thereafter unless otherwise documented by the medical practitioner.
  • Press Submit -  Any errors to correct will be in red and must be fixed in order to submit

 *IMPORTANT: You must regularly check that all enrolment information is up to date - To confirm you have checked, review your child/'s enrolment and click the submit button - even if no changes were required. Permanent bookings and changes, can be made within the Enrolment form and will be forwarded to OSHC administration when submitted.

*CASUAL BOOKINGS can be made via MFL Casual booking calendar

Step 3

If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. Permanent bookings can be changed at any time by amending the information within your child's enrolment via MFL and clicking SUBMIT.

Before School Care 6.45am - 9.00am

After School Care 3.30pm - 6.30pm at the Community Centre (LPS, LPPS & WLD's primary schools) and on-site for St Jude's students from 3.00pm to 6.00pm

School Holiday Program 7.00am - 6.30pm (For current SHP Activity Program and forms please go to the Forms/Downloads page)

A range of activities are offered including:

We also cater for your child’s individual needs.

Transportation of Children

Langwarrin Park & Woodlands Primary School children are transported to and from the program to their respective schools by our Centre buses driven by our dedicated and experienced bus drivers.

Langwarrin Primary School (before & after school care) & St Jude’s Primary School children (before school care only) are walked to and from school by our qualified and experienced educators-Staff ratios are observed. St Jude’s Primary School children attend ASC on site at St Judes primary school, in the Sun room.
